We care about your privacy. In this policy, we describe how we collect, store, share, and use your personal data — and how you can control and delete your personal data.

Collection of Information When Visiting the Website

The following types of information may be collected, stored, and used:

  1. Information about your computer/mobile device, including IP address, geographic location, browser type and version, and operating system.
  2. Information about your visits to and usage of this website, including the referring source, visit duration, page views, and website navigation paths.

This website is hosted by Umami and Github. The information above is stored via Umami.is’s data storage (their databases).
If you do not actively provide any data during your visit, only the information above is stored.
The information is collected to evaluate the website’s usability and plan potential marketing efforts.
The data is stored for as long as we deem necessary for the mentioned purposes.

Collection of Personal Information

The following types of personal information may be collected, stored, and used:

  1. Personal data you provide in the contact form.

The personal data we process includes name and email address.
Your data is stored via Webflow.com’s data storage (their databases).
Webflow stores the information you provide through a submitted contact form or an order in the web shop on secure servers behind a firewall.

Your email address may be used by us for personal and general information mailings.

Disclosure of Personal Information

We may disclose your personal information:

  1. To the extent we are required to do so by law.
  2. In connection with ongoing or future legal proceedings.
  3. To establish, exercise, or defend our legal rights (including providing information to others for the purpose of fraud prevention and reducing credit risk).
  4. In connection with events held in cooperation with an association.

Before you disclose another person’s personal information to us, you must obtain that person’s consent for both the disclosure and the processing of that personal information in accordance with this policy.

We will not share your personal information with third parties for their or others’ direct marketing without your explicit consent.

Security of Your Personal Information

The data you provide will be stored for as long as we deem necessary, for example, to maintain contact.

We commit to:

  1. Taking reasonable technical and organizational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse, or alteration of your personal information.
  2. Storing all personal data you provide on secure (password- and firewall-protected) servers.

You acknowledge that the transmission of information over the internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet.

Changes

We may occasionally make changes to this policy. Amendments and clarifications take effect immediately upon being published on the website.
If we make significant changes, we will notify you via the email address we have registered for you, so you are aware of what information we collect and how we use it.

Your Rights

You are always welcome to contact us with questions or concerns. You have the right to know what personal data we process about you. You also have the right to have incorrect personal data corrected.

You may at any time:

  • Request a copy of the data we have registered about you.
  • Request that we delete the data we have stored, even if you previously gave your consent.

If you have such requests, contact us at david.wallen@intric.ai.
This does not include any information we are required to retain for administrative or legal reasons.

Updating Your Information

Let us know if the personal information we have about you needs to be corrected or updated.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to provide the services and features offered on our website and to give our visitors a good experience.
By consenting to our use of cookies in accordance with the terms of this policy when you visit our website for the first time, you allow us to use cookies every time you visit our site.

A cookie is a file containing an identifier (a string of letters and numbers) that is sent by a web server to a browser and is stored by the browser.
The identifier is then sent back to the server each time the browser requests a page from the server.

Cookies can be either:

  • Persistent cookies – stored by a browser and remain valid until their set expiration date (unless deleted earlier by the user).
  • Session cookies – expire at the end of the user session, when the browser is closed.

Cookies typically do not contain any information that personally identifies a user, but personal information we store about you may be linked to the information stored in and obtained from cookies.

Blocking Cookies

Most browsers allow you to refuse to accept cookies — for example:

  1. Internet Explorer (v10): Block cookies via “Tools” → “Internet Options” → “Privacy” → “Advanced.”
  2. Firefox (v24): Block all cookies via “Tools” → “Settings” → “Privacy & Security” → “Custom content blocking” → “All cookies.”
  3. Chrome (v29): Block all cookies via “Settings” → “Privacy and Security” → “Site Settings” → uncheck “Allow sites to save and read cookie data.”

Blocking all cookies will have a negative impact on the usability of many websites.

Deleting Cookies

You can delete cookies that are already stored on your computer — for example:

  1. Internet Explorer (v10): Manually delete cookies (instructions).
  2. Firefox (v24): Delete cookies via “Tools” → “Settings” → “Privacy & Security” → “Clear Data” under “Cookies and Site Data.”
  3. Chrome (v29): Delete all cookies via “Settings” → “Privacy and Security” → “Clear browsing data.”

Deleting cookies will affect the usability of many websites.
