Intric hires Busra Zengin and Tiger Landén as the sovereign AI platform scales across Europe

Intric, the Swedish sovereign AI platform, is hiring Busra Zengin and Tiger Landén ahead of continued European expansion. Busra joins as Founding Talent Partner, leading people operations. Tiger joins as Communication and PR Specialist, leading communications and public affairs.
Busra brings more than ten years of experience in recruitment and people operations at fast-growing companies such as Klarna, Epidemic Sound and H&M, most recently from Legora. As Intric's first dedicated People role, she is responsible for recruitment and the broader people function as the company expands. Tiger holds a bachelor's degree in political science from the Swedish Defence University, has experience from the European Parliament, has worked as a public affairs consultant, and has served as an elected representative at municipal level. He leads Intric's external communications and public affairs work across the European market.
"Strengthening both communications and people at the same time reflects where Intric is right now. We are moving from establishing the sovereign AI category in the Nordics to scaling up across Europe. That requires an organisation that can carry both the political weight of the issue and the pace of growth," says Alexandra Johansen, Chief of Staff at Intric.
Rapid growth and European expansion
Intric has grown from 14 to more than 30 employees since the start of the year, with a further seven roles currently open. In May, the company opened an office in Germany, and the team is today also represented in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Poland, Italy and Spain.
The platform is used by more than 60 organisations across the Nordics and Germany, which together operate more than 10,000 AI agents and assistants. Earlier this year, the company closed a pre-seed round of EUR 3.8 million, led by byFounders with participation from, among others, Carl-Henric Svanberg, former chairman of Volvo and chairman of the Swedish government's AI Commission.
